BridgeGuard: the low cost BD43/03 compliant alternative to Silane

BridgeGuard is a low cost, worker and environment safe alternative to Silane. The standard version of BridgeGuard is invisible on the concrete surface. It gives lasting protection against moisture related problems and also resists airborne dirt and graffiti paints. BridgeGuard hydrophobic impregnation is easy to apply using a  brush or low pressure spray equipment. The required dosage for compliance with the Highway Authority BD43/03 performance criteria is 140 gms per sq m  (approx. 8 sq m per litre). The full test report can be downloaded here:

A pigmented version, BridgeGuardColour is also available in 22 standard colours, including 8 shades of grey. Mismatches in concrete colour, which can visually spoil the appearance of otherwise sound concrete, can be overcome using one of these grey shades. BridgeGuardColour also complies with the BD43/03 performance criteria for Silanes.
